Licence & terms
Licence and terms of sale
Plugins are sold by Singh Studio, Aotearoa New Zealand. Checkout is run by our payment provider as merchant of record, which means they process your payment, charge any sales tax, GST or VAT that applies where you are, and email your receipt and download link.
What you can do
Single-site licence: you may use the plugin on one website (one Squarespace site and its own domains), including any number of pages on that site.
Unlimited licence: you may use the plugin on any number of websites that you own or that you build or look after for your clients. Your clients may keep using it on their sites after your work for them ends.
With either licence you may change the code and the styles for your own use on the sites the licence covers.
What you can't do
You may not sell, share, give away or publish the plugin or a modified copy of it, on its own or as part of a template, theme, plugin bundle or code library. Putting it on a website you're licensed for is fine; offering it for others to download or copy is not.
Updates and support
Updates to version 1.x are free for both licences. Support is by email and is offered in good faith, usually within two working days.
No refunds
The plugins are digital downloads, so purchases aren't refundable. If a plugin isn't working on your site, email kris@singhstudio.co.nz with the page address and I'll help you get it working.
No warranty
The plugin is provided as it is. Singh Studio isn't liable for any loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows. Squarespace may change how its sites work; if a change breaks the plugin we'll try to release a fix, but we can't promise one.
General
This licence is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in it limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
