One organisation

The Small Charity Impact Kit and Community Event Sponsorship Kit can be adapted and reused by one organisation across its projects, reporting years and events. Staff and contractors may work with the files for that organisation. Finished reports, proposals and social posts may be published or sent to their intended audiences.

Designer licence

The Website Handover Kit can be used by one designer or agency across client projects. You may give clients their completed documents and editable copies for maintaining their own website records.

Source templates

Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the source templates as downloadable products, including in a competing template library. Buying a kit does not transfer ownership of the original templates.

Squarespace plugins

Plugins have separate single-website and unlimited-website licences. The plugin bundle includes the six listed plugins and new plugins added to its 1.x line under its existing terms. Downloadable template kits are separate products.

Files and support

A purchase includes the files listed on its product page. Keep a local backup of your download. Email kris@singhstudio.co.nz for help with missing, inaccessible or defective files. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
