Questions
What's your refund policy?
Full refunds up to 21 days before the event, less a $25 processing fee. Inside 21 days we can't refund, but tickets are fully transferable — just email us the new attendee's name and we'll sort the swap.
Is catering included, and can you cater for dietaries?
Yes — morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided both days, plus the Friday social. Our caterers handle vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and most allergies. Note your requirements when you register and we'll take care of it.
Is the venue accessible?
Shed 6 is fully step-free with lift access to all levels, accessible bathrooms and reserved wheelchair spaces in the main room. We provide a quiet room and NZSL interpreters for the keynotes on request. Let us know what you need at least a week out and we'll make it work.
Two days that change how you lead
Early bird pricing closes 31 January. Once the room's full, it's full — Shed 6 seats 400 and that's the lot.
